Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Products are eligible for exchange if:
* Item is unused and unworn
* Product is in original condition with tags/packaging
* Exchange request is made within 7 days
Products will not be eligible if:
* Product has been used or washed
* Tags/packaging are missing
* Request is made after 7 days
Refund Policy
We currently do not offer refunds on change of mind or size issues.
Refunds are only applicable if:
* Wrong item was delivered
* Damaged product was received
* Product has a major defect
Approved refunds will be processed after inspection.
Important Notes
* Due to hygiene reasons, some intimatewear items may not qualify for exchange or refund.
* Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.
* Delivery charges are non-refundable.
