At Barelune, customer comfort and satisfaction are our priority. Please review our refund and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Products are eligible for exchange if:

• ✔ Item is unused and unworn.
• ✔ Product is in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• ✔ Exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Products will not be eligible for exchange if:

• ✖ Product has been used or washed.
• ✖ Original tags or packaging are missing.
• ✖ Exchange request is submitted after 7 days of delivery.

Refund Policy

We currently do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Refunds are only applicable if:

• ✔ The wrong item was delivered.
• ✔ The product was received in a damaged condition.
• ✔ The product has a major manufacturing defect.

Approved refunds will be processed after inspection and verification by our support team.

Important Notes

• Due to hygiene reasons, certain intimatewear products may not qualify for exchange or refund.
• Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting conditions and screen settings.
• Delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable.
